Formal complaints should be reported in the  normal way within the evidence.

Strangely we haven’t had any complaints about the way we are doing things. I am not sure why that it perhaps it’s a clap for carers empathy but I am not sure as the changes we have introduced have been a major thing and would usually attract some comment from patients. Perhaps trying  to keep patients in the loop by advertising changes on our practice website and attaching small message slips to prescriptions has helped us with this. It has been humbling to speak to patients who have wished me well, commented on the fact that they have been able to speak to a Doctor on the same day and risen to the challenge of supplying photos or joining in a video call.
