I&R Examples Reflection
I haven’t had time to complete some elements of last year’s PDP as my needs were substantially superseded by the arrival of Covid and all the new learning associated with it.
This year I have had to use a lot more common sense and needed to make judgement calls where I would have usually requested a secondary care opinion. I have “sat and waited to see” for lots more patients and overall feel a better Doctor for it . I have empathised more with patients as we have waited out things together and had to change working practices completely with little guidance from LHBs and relied more and more on ourselves and colleagues.
