Long COVID Update

Overview: While COVID-19 symptoms pass quickly for most, some people are suffering ongoing effects. As time passes, we are learning more about these effects and why some people experience them and some do not. Join us on this recorded collaborative webinar organised by the GP and Pharmacy CPD teams within HEIW, for an update on Long COVID and how we can support our patients across Wales.

• Explain what Long COVID is and any updates in signs and symptoms to look out for
• Discuss any updates to the potential pathophysiology of post-COVID syndrome
• Describe the range of investigations that can be helpful in the management of post-COVID syndrome

• Summarise what post-COVID services are available in different areas across Wales
